HelloBeta offers a return policy to its donors/customers who donated/paid to HelloBeta without proper knowledge and/or unwillingly. You have to claim the refund within 2 weeks of receiving your receipt. Please send the refund claim to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We prefer to send automated electronic receipts for all online transactions. Once we receive the claim for refund, the information regarding your refund will be sent to you via email with the required details. It may take upto 8 weeks to complete the refund process from the time your claim for refund is received by us.
We do consider refund in the event where a duplicate transaction occurs due to an error in the software or the processing. Proof of the error needs to be provided for the refund.
Please also note the following before submitting the claim:
- The refund will be made to the same payment option(s) originally used to pay for the donation/payment.
- We will not be able to refund in cash. Refunds will be either by cheque or online transaction if an online method is used.
- HelloBeta trustees will have the final decision regarding the refund.
