Terms and Conditions

1. You This is first come first serve basis and device will be made available to patient based on availability of devices.
2. As of now this is free of cost service to patient by the Breath Consortium.
3. A caution money (₹ 45,000.00) needs to be deposited before device can be allocated to patient. This caution money is refundable as long as device is returned without any damage.
4. You are responsible for any kind of damage or stolen of device.
5. We only accept online transfer of money.
6. Once our volunteer calls you and verify the details, the deposit money needs to be deposited within 2 hours. If deposit does not come within that time, the device will be allocated to next patient in queue. In case you see there is a delay because of unavoidable reason, please call and let us know.
7. Caution money will be refunded once device is returned to our warhouse and assessment is done for the condition at which device has been returned.
8. Device will be allocated for 7 days or less based on your request. In case you need to extend the device, you need to call us and provide doctor’s prescription for the need of continuation of Oxygen Concentrator for same patient.
9. At a maximum device can be allocated not more than 14 days.
10. You can not allocate the device for any other patient except for who the device has been allocated by us.
11. MUKTI or HelloBeta are not responsible for any adverse effect on patient after using the Oxygen Concentrator.
12. MUKTI or HelloBeta are responsible for any accident or issues occurred during the use of the device. We request to go through our dos and don’ts page and how to use the device video hosted in this website.
13. This is patient parties’ responsibility to know the usage of device. It is advisable to connect with doctor before and during Oxygen intake using this device.
14. Device delivery (to and from) are the responsibility of relative or contact person of patient.
15. Device should not be placed any other place than as declared in website.
16. Device should be returned within due date as committed or as soon as possible. This will help us to re-allocate the device to other needy patient who are in queue.
17. MUKTI respect your privacy. Your personal data placed in this website is strictly confidential to MUKTI. This will not be used or further distribute without your written consent
